| Rebuttal: I purchased a group of AK kits and do not know one from the other. So I made such to show photos of everything. I had 11 photos with this add, that showed each part, and mark. |

| Comments: Not quite as stated in the ad. The metal was fine. The stock was alot more than varnished. It had been sanded white and so much wood is missing it does not even fit the gun anymore. |

| Rebuttal: Stated in add stock was varnished. Photo's showed every bit of stock. Used 12 photo's in add. Japenese guns this late were not well fitted to gun. |
