| Rebuttal: I emailed seller. He never responded. I don't send my money to anyone that does not return my calls... or in this case, emails. Seller stated gun lists for over $800. Davidsons Galleryofguns.com shows MSRP at $735. I don't appreciate people not telling the truth just to lure in a potential buyer. |

| Rebuttal: I did question is "caculated" shipping charges. I did send an email. He said he never received it. I say he did. Before you buy from this individual, find out exactly what shipping will be and document it. $36.00 for USPS Priorty and $78.00 Overnight Air. Give me a break. |
