| Comments: Only received one email concerning the transfer fee. Didn't seem like he wanted to transfer the gun athough it was in the listing that it needed done. Emailed various times and no reply after I refused to mail gun without transfer. No payment no responses. |

| Rebuttal: It was not in the listing that the buyer had to pay for the seller's transfer fee ($30) plus the shipping and then I have to pay the FFL transfer on my end. It was $80 to "send" the firearm to me and the firearm was $125 |

| Rebuttal: I backed out when I found it was a parts kit and could not be shipped as a firearm as it did not have enough US compliant parts. I have enough problems with ATF coming by my house as I collect a LARGE number of firearms and they don't get the idea of collecting. |
