| Comments: Finally recd the item after over a month. Poor communication on sellers part. Not a significiant purchase but should have better customer service. |

| Rebuttal: Order was proceed while on our honeymoon in Jamaica. Fulfillment warehouse saw an IP address that wasn't the businesses and didn't process the order. We noticed it when it didn't appear on our monthly invoice; informed customer and re-submitted order. |
