| Comments: After contacting the seller and sending the payment, (was an FFL part), I get an email that said he LOST IT and would refund. I do not understand how you can lose a part that big. Thank you for the quick refund. |

| Comments: The seller was not entirely honest in his description. He knew who made these pistols, but chose to not disclose that information. Also, the condition was worse than pictured, he overcharged for shipping, and did not return excess funds as stated in his description. Do not trust him! |

| Rebuttal: I did not know who made these, I didnot care who made these they were sold as is and I took pictures. This fellow wanted someting other than waht was described so be careful if you sell him anything. outside of new in the box and then I would still BEWARE of this BUYER. |

| Comments: The seller was not very honest in his descriptions. The bores on both shotguns are pitted, and no amount of elbow grease and solvent will clean them. The overall condition was worse than shown in the pictures. The seller charged $40 for shipping and the actual cost was $26.65. Buyer beware! |

| Rebuttal: These were old hard ware guns from the 30 or 40s guns sold as in fair condition. He wanted new guns for 25.00 and didnt get it. If he wants to estimate shipping cost than jump on the boat, order boxes and shipping materials and take to the post office 9 miles away and then talk about shipping cost!! |

| Comments: Gun arrived in a timely manner. Gun was made in Italy not Spain as advertised. Not as seller advertised the bore. The bore was rusty espically at the end. Have not shot the gun yet, due to deep pits in bore. |

He bought a 1980s cap lock muzzle loader fo 70.00 that There was no way to look at the bore.He called me three or four time in a peroid of two days. I would have gladly refunded his money if he was not satisfied |

| Comments: I do not agree with the way he rates guns. It has a little more than a lite coat of paint on it. It also has a fair amount of dings in the stock. I would rate 65 percent. I do not wish to make enemies but you should not be so modest about your merchandise. Our ffl rated it fair condition. |

| Rebuttal: This fellow didnot even know that this gun had paint on it ,or that it was a 31/2 inch mangnum,until after he called me when the auction was over,though I had desribed it WITH paint in the auction.I would suggest that he buy his guns from his FFL:from now on since he can rate guns better than me! |

| Rebuttal: This auction was shipped back to Califonia to the pawn shop I purchased it from by accident.I e-mailed this gentleman after I found out what had happened,EXPLAINED to him MY MISTAKE.I sent a FULL REFUND to him in a Money order.The gun is now relisted as I have recevied it back.Rick,May God Bless you |
