| Comments: Action ended 5-13-05 it is now 6-24-05 and no payment was received after many emails. Didn't respond to my later emails and resent auction end statements from Auctionarms. For those of us counting that is 42 days....... |

| Rebuttal: sent letter & left town. check never cashed,lost. told seller i would make up any loss. seller bares me no ill will (ask him)and had no loss.i now dont bid when i will be away.i have 124 positive rating on ebay as pcv1964.I keep better track of mail now. if i am hi bidder you will be paid. thanks. |
