| Comments: Did not pay for item after 3 weeks stated MO was lost in mail. Since it was sold elsewhere he agreed to pay selling fees. Hasn't even done that. |

| Rebuttal: This buyer used FFL dealer who sells these rifles too. The Dealer required an enormous amount of paperwork be completed to accept the transfer of this rifle. Repeated attempts were made to satisfy this requests. Rifle was shipped when his dealer finally accepted. |

| Rebuttal: This buyer lives in Ca. Held 1 day.I had to resolve a UPS shipping error pickup so that this customer would not incur a delay which is ironic..Ultimately I had to use the new carrier DHL. This buyer recived their package in CA. from SC in Two days. |
