| Comments: THIS SELLER DID NOT SEEM TO WANT TO SELL THE PEICE. HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS CONTACTING HIM. WHEN I FINALY DID REACH HIM HE SAID HE WAS READY TO SELL BUT COULD NOT GET HIM TO SEND ME A ADRESS. GOT A PHONE NUMBER TALKED TO HIM ONCE THEN HE WOULD NOT TALK TO ME AFTER THAT. THIS GUY IS A FRAUD. |

| Rebuttal: The Buyer was made aware by both AA and myself that there was an E-mail problem with AA and that I never received the closing of the auction. Once problem cleared I gave my Phone and address, but buyer didnt want to do transaction. I will send E-mails with the proof of needed. |
