| Comments: Upon disassembling the rifle the buyer found a hidden crack in the stock. Rifle was returned for a refund. No problem with this buyer. |

| Rebuttal: Rifle had a cracked pistol grip cap too w/bad attempt to repair w/glue. This wasn't in the rifle's description. There was a hairline crack at the tang - upon taking the rifle apart found interior cracks & bad repair jobs w/ silver tape behind the recoil lug. I think Seller & I were both had. |
