| Comments: Ref # 7589626, I clearly stated to through e-mails that this barreled action would only be sent to a FFL. He now states that this item is illegal in CA & that the only way he can purchase it is if we send it to him as an antique (modified 1893 Mauser). You didn't follow through on your obligation. |

| Rebuttal: This seller removed all original information on the barreled action: ie: Make, Model etc, when he sporterized it, and then informed me of this after auction ended. This is a violation of the Brady Act and Calif Penal code 12094. The seller does not understand the term antique as per BATF |
