| Comments: Description very lacking, failed to mention several issues. Accepted gun anyway as it was a good deal. One contact after sale. Shipping was fast. Bidders should ask specific questions about sellers items before bidding so there are no surprises as I had. |

| Comments: Impressive webpage, but that's it. Seller is slow to respond to requests for info. Doesn't reply to emails. Seldom answers the phone which sometimes says no "longer in use". Product was good as described but slow to ship. No tracking info. I probably won't order from him again. |

| Rebuttal: Not sure about the slow, the gun was received within six days of the close of the auction. Bidder called, made payment, gun was shipped. Must have missed something else that I could have done, Glad you liked the website, and sorry you won't buy form us again. I think you got a pretty good deal. |

| Comments: Gun and magazines arrived as advertised but instruction book never did even after being promised it would be mailed. Chase vendor around for answers and tracking information. Don't expect replies via email, only phone. I must have been one of the unlucky ones.... |

| Rebuttal: Contacted buyer the day after I received his phone message (Our invoice says call after 430, accepted payment, and shipped gun. Oops forgot the owners manual. Have since mailed that also. Said gun was as described and we got a neutral? Yeah, I think that is a little unfair. |

| Comments: Slow email responses, seems to have lots of computer issues. Always answered the phone, though. Would not provide tracking info. Finally got the gun almost one month after auction ended. Said USPS returned once as unclaimed from FFL delivery address. Item as described. |

| Rebuttal: I gave him a positve. His dealer fouled up at some point or the gun would have never been returned. Glad your satisfied, but the "lets blame it on Commonwealth Arms" thing is getting old when it was the transfer dealer that screwed up. |

| Rebuttal: The pistol was shipped within the five days specified by auction arms. Sometimes we get a little behind, explained this to buyer. I did not notice the broken sight as the gun originally had a scope on it before it was traded. Told him I would make it good. Positves getting hard to come by on here |

| Rebuttal: I admit I did not disassemble this firearm. And the slow E-Mails I am not sure about, I typically check E-Mail at least every other day, maybe that is not fast enough. I left this buyer positive feedback and did everything I could to make him happy, guess that was only good enough for a neutral |
