| Rebuttal: I have the correspondence that proves that you misrepresented this sale. You just can't call a rifle a .22 caliber rifle when it only shoots BB Caps. Furthermore, I gave you 24 hours notice that I would NOT buy this "rifle." I also invoked the 3-Day Rule. You need to delete your negative comment. |

| Rebuttal: Sorry. I have been almost 45 days in the hospital with a heart attack. I was even Air Lifed to Portland. I came home for two days then ended up going back in to the hospital. Quadruple Bi-Pass. My apologies. Just plain bad luck. |
