| Comments: Buyer violated auction terms. Buyer failed to send complete payment(payment short S&H and over 1 month late) in a timely manner. Then buyer failed to abide by terms of sale which state that all ininsured items are sent at buyer's risk. Buyer attempted to defraud for a second item. |
