| Comments: Unethical seller, I would not suggest doing business with them. Their phone is always busy and will not help via email. When I finally got info out of them on how to pay by mail, they came back and said they had already sold the item. Running two auctions at once for the same item is not allowed. |

Made cc payment over phone. 3 days later get nastygram from them looking for it. Pkg came 10rds, they refuse to correct their mistake/bait/switch. |

| Comments: I won an auction (actually did the "buy it now" option) for a gun and when I called to purchase the firearm a few minutes later on their 'internet sales phone #' I was told the gun was already sold. No apology, no explanation, no options given to me to rectify the situation. Very disappointing. |

| Comments: I bought them on AA but when I called to pay, I was told they sold them on another site this morning. I don't think its cool to cross-list goods as this is bound to happen. Will be hesitant to (attempt to) purchase from seller again. |

| Comments: I responded to the seller at least twice during the alotted period of days, assuring the seller I would make payment. I responded to the notice of winning the auction. Seller never responded. I sent check for payment and notified the seller that payment was sent. The seller returned the check. |

| Rebuttal: While trying to figure out what happened, I offered several times to try and make it right if it was our mistake. I also asked for proof we charged the buyers card, none was given. Buyer hung up on me after I told him I could do without the language he was using. |

| Comments: After 3 1/2weeks waiting I gave him a call to see "Whats up?" He said It's illeagle for a civillian to own a AR 15 in this state. IT IS LEAGLE TO OWN ONE IN THIS STATE... I failed to catch that comment on his description.He accused me of circumventing the law. Clueless. |
