| Comments: I passed on the transaction as Colt informed me they never made a 44 special in a Sherifs Model Colt in 1902. They told me the gun was a fake or a cobbed piece. Please don't cheat our members with fakes! |

| Comments: Seller chose to sell firearm outside of the auction (while item was still listed/ongoing). Apparently "culpepper" chooses to disregard the Auction Arms rules when buying/selling. Twelve transactions with two negative reports. Congratulations... |

| Rebuttal: I did answer all of this sellers emails. The problem was that he wouldn't respond to mine concerning payment and shipping, tracking numbers etc. |
