| Rebuttal: I did in fact write the seller back, explaining the reasons for my delays, but got no where with him [would not allow me to pay a little late] ~ so in the end, the transaction did not occur. |

| Comments: I HAVE SENT A EMAIL AND HAVE CALLED THIS SELLER ON THE PHONE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY FOR THE BARREL I WON. THE SELLER HAS NOT RESPONDED IN 4 DAYS. I CAN ONLY THINK HE DOES NOT WANT TO SELL THE ITEM. SO I AM LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON M3CARBINE. |
