| Comments: Gun not NRA Good condition as advertised. Part of the action wall was eaten away by rust and the barrel has deep pitting over the chamber. The damage was found when the stock was removed and the sale completed. The seller refused to take the gun back or make adjustment. |

| Rebuttal: The reason I did not accept return of the rifle was because the buyer admitted taking the rifle apart, and took it to the range and fired it. Rifle was in NRA good condition it . Auction Arms states if you buy a firearm and shoot it you bought it. |
