| Comments: After the auction and several e-mails, I did not receive the payment. After 3 weeks, I e-mailed twice before getting a response. After making excusses, buyer backed out of purchasing a rifle barrel(30-06 Ackley Improved for 98 Mauser), saying his gunsmith said it was too much work. I believe the buyer should have talked the project over with his gunsmith before bidding. As a gunsmith, I myself find the story not holding water or his gunsmith is incompetent. |

| Rebuttal: He tried to sell me junk and I refused it. The man can't take no for an answer.I have no problem paying for an item if it is as represented. He wouldn't give me a full descreption of this item until after the auction closed. I refused it and go rude e-mails in response. Per my gunsmith the barrel would be better used as a pry bar. |
