| Comments: Seller is impatient. Communicated intent and seller was ok with it. Mailed out payment and have no clue what happened. Seller posted negative before I could check into issue, not even a phone call to sort it out.Simply Unprofessional. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer has a history of asking for extensions and payment still not getting there.When he said what he intended,then what were my alternatives?Give him negative Fb imediately or wait like the others when they received nothing?I waited the required two weeks as it was. |
