| Comments: I did not see the "local pickup only". Seller said I was third person doing this. Its unreasonable to advertise FOR LOCAL SALE ONLY using a NATIONAL SYSTEM. He should use a local system like CRAIGSLIST instead. This is his fault as much as it is mine. Neither of us are happy with the outcome. |

| Rebuttal: It was writen in the auction... He just bidded on it without reading it... Yes.. I said to him this was the 3rd time this happen so had to make the Local pick up more bold for the people with the not 20/20 eye sight... |
