| Comments: I am here to let the world know that Tannerjac is a deadbeat as Auction Arms puts it.He failed to pay on his winning bid.The auction ended on July 6,2006.I contacted him by phone stated "check is in the mail",that was a week ago July 17.He is not only a deadbeat but also a fibber. |

| Rebuttal: The day after auction closed this gentleman was hounding me for payment. I agree I did not pay; however, his methods of collection made me think the transaction may not have a positive outcome for myself. All other auctions have positives and I paid promptly, so judge for yourself. |
