| Comments: I paid for my item and sent them an FFL by Saturday. I called them on Tuesday and they stated everything was taken care of and they would get it shipped out that day. I contacted them again on Thursday and they still hadn't sent the gun. |

| Comments: Seller did a great job of concealing and not disclosing that his Winchester receiver was re-blued and (and very poorly at that). He also chipped the stock when removing the main stock bolt instead of using the takedown thumb screw as designed, in order to ship. Never buying from mjgunshop again! |

| Rebuttal: There were numerous pictures of the firearm posted including close-ups pictures of the receiver. Buyer asked zero questions about the bluing and per gun auction, buyer had 3 days to inspect the firearm and if he was unhappy he could have simply sent the firearm back for a refund. |

| Comments: This seller said an employee of his shop sold this gun over their counter shortly before the auction was even over. Seller tried to get the gun back, but could not. Obviously never completed my transaction. Nothing about this transaction (or lack thereof) was under my control. |

| Comments: The bore has rust by in the bore by the muzzle. Deep rust on the back of the bolt. The front hand-guard area of the stock was cracked 2". |

| Comments: This is a no response seller. I questioned the barrel corrosion which was not mentioned in their ad. No response. The next day I questioned their willingness to accept a return as per the GA policy. No response again. Negative buying experience for me all the way around. |
