| Rebuttal: Seller did not invoice the item. Paid seller anyways. Item sent by seller. Seller has not changed feedback even though item was paid for. |

| Rebuttal: The seller's first e-mail was sent with a quirky personal name and a subject of sealion. It was auto deleted as spam. The second e-mail which identified the buyer as H & K and the e-mail subject of AA Winner was responed to in 1 bus. day, with check sent via priority mail. Rude feedback was wrong. |

| Comments: August claimed $ sent. Then no answer to emails. Called contact number early NOVEMBER, He said "I will send tomorrow". Auction ended 08/24/07, now 11/13/07 no payment, much nonsense & talk, NO pay. |

| Rebuttal: Sent money order, no magazine. He called and said I didn't pay. I sent another money order. Still no magazine and bad feedback. |
