| Comments: I was the high bidder, but I did not meet the reserve price. I was very interested. I wanted to exchange messages with the seller to see if we could agree on a price. No reply. It seems like the seller was not interested in his bidder. A simple "No, thank you" would have been nice. |

| Rebuttal: Joeparis, As you know, my reserve price was not met, I do not use the haggle option, If you had an intrust in the gun, you could have used "THE BUY IT NOW" option. |
