| Comments: Seller contacted me indicating pistol I won was previously sold and indicated that the problem was Auction Arms site. What he didn't tell me is the pistol was sold for more money on Gunbroker.com site.He is double listing guns on both sites. Will not buy from this seller. |

| Rebuttal: I took the time to explain the situation in detail. He begrudges my having got a better price than he was willing to pay. Such is the purpose of an auction. His mass buying power will not be missed and I hope he finds some therapy soon. |
