| Comments: Dead-beat bidder. Lots of promises to send a check but never came through. I gave him over three weeks (15 Sept to 11 Oct) to pay up. I asked him to call me - - I’d work with him - - he did not call me. |

| Rebuttal: money was sent,later checking revealed the ck was never cashed,had been in hospital while all this was going on and couldnt contact anyone,had a 3rd party handling the transaction,and they didnt handle well.my apologizes. |
