| Comments: The rifle was received but was filthy at best and was packaged very very poorly. My FFL had no idea who the gun was to go to. I won't purchase from this seller again. Seller did however respond to emails which was good. |

| Comments: Ray is friendly as long as you're happy. If not, he will NOT answer your calls. You will NOT get a refund inspite of the rules here. He won't stand behind his items or poor descriptions. A few $ are more important to him than his reputation. His handle of RIVERAT says it all! BEWARE! BUY ELSEWHERE! |

| Rebuttal: Noel Napolilla bought screws and pins ,main spring,firing pin,etc.for a 1885 Winchester had a up close pic and also listed every item..when He or She ?got them they decided they wanted a $10.00 refund because they thought they paid to much..I didn't make you bid that much.maybe auctions not 4you |

| Comments: gun came in with busted stock. he will not help me in any way will not answer my e mails or nothing. gives gun dealers a bad name. should be band from selling on this sight.packed 5 guns in a box 4" x 9" with nothing between them but 1 sheet of paper. very poor packing.buyers beware. |

| Rebuttal: Guns Was Fine When I shipped as pictures Show,A Stock Got Broke In Shipping,The Gentleman sent me a message and ask if i sent it that way I replied "No"..Soon after I had to leave out of state for 12 days on family emergency.Came back and found afew more emails and a Bad FeedBack.Cant Win For losing |

| Comments: I sent email day auction closed, called 3 times the next day finally called the night contact number. I talked to wife while he spoke in the background, swore he would get back to me. Finally on the 26th I got an email explaining he would not sell due to damage to gun. Bad seller. |

| Rebuttal: I informed gun was uncleaned & if any rust was in interior it would have been minimal..& a good cleaning would have cleared up..oh well... |
