| Comments: I have tried and tried to get the seller to contact me. They took a month to ship my firearm, and when it finally arrived, the stock was broken down the middle, and there were no supporting documents. My local FFl can't let me have it! I am out the money for the gun, and am getting no help! No good! |

| Comments: I made a quick prompt payment with all paperwork. Nearly 4 weeks later with multiple e-mails, phone calls, and even reporting to Auction Arms that the seller was no longer responding to any contact did they finally answer. Stated the item was shipped but didn't ship still for 2 days. |

| Comments: Auction closed Oct 23rd. Sent customer winning bidder email Oct 23rd, no reply. Sent payment reminder emails Nov 2nd and Nov 11th, still no reply. Have no choice but to relist with negative for relist credit. |
