| Comments: when I tried to load the gun I noticed the feed latch was bent and it will not accept ammo the seller claims that it Was fine when he shipped it I would never buy from him again This is the second time buying guns on the internet that I got burned by a seller not at all happy |

| Rebuttal: THIS GUN WAS BOUGHT 1-5-08AND AS WITH ALL PURCHASES YOU HAVE 3 DAY'S TO CHECK THINGS OUT AND HE E-MAILED ME ON 2-11-08 OVER ONE MONTH LATER TELLING ME THAT HE WAS HAVING A PEOBLEM HE DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND OR ANYTHING(WHICH I WOULD HAVE DONE)BECAUSE I HAVE INTEGRITY MAYBE THE FFL DEALER ACCIDENT |
