| Comments: Item came just as described and at a good price. Did not get shipment tracking info from seller even after it was requested several times. Just lucky the item wasn't swiped from my doorstep. |

| Rebuttal: I didn't get back with buyer on tracking because my wife was haveing a baby. I spent 4 days at the hospital with her. the package had been delivered by the time I got home. |

| Comments: Although seller did help pay for some repairs he did not describe the gun's condition in his auction and I'm stuck wishing I had bought new instead of his piece of junk. |

| Rebuttal: the rifle had a defective part, that could not be seen by the naked eye. I did not sell it with a broken part. It broke after the customer used the rifle. Used guns come with a visual inspection, I do not test fire them 1000 times for durability. but ,I still refunded $50.00 |

| Comments: Poor packing of product. Many of the lubed muzzleloader bullets were loose in the box and dirty. I don't think I'll buy again. |

| Rebuttal: I try to package things with plenty of suffing. smetimes it is not enough to stop damage. In those cases I replace the product or give a refund. this guy did not give me a chance to do either before posting feedback. |
