| Comments: Received the Winchester 1876 as discribed but it was missing one of the two toggles on the inside. Emailed seller three times wanting to return the rifle or split the cost of $100.00 for a pair of reprodution toggles. It's been a week and still no reply. |

| Rebuttal: Chuck I am sorry if there was a problem with the rifle. I have not recieved any e-mail from you since you requested the tracking number. I never took the gun apart to know of any missing pieces. But I would be more than happy to help with the cost of the replacement. |
