| Comments: Just in case these guys are still selling @AA. I recieved a Romanian .22 target rifle that had a DEEPLY gouged stock and won't chamber a round, evidently due to repeated "dry" firing. Sent them an e-mail stating my dissatisfaction and never heard from them. I'll purchase nothing else from them. |

| Rebuttal: Our policy is to have the gun returned for a full refund less the shipping charges. Most places charge a restocking fee - we do not. We make every effort to describe rifles accurately. A non working rifle can be sent back for full refund - notice this guy kept it, I bet it worked fine. |

| Comments: Before bidding on VZ-24 sent email asking how receiver was marked -- crest, date, nothing. Was told it had crest. Rifle arrived, had no crest, scrubbed receiver. This makes a big difference to collectors. Returned for refund but I'm out shipping both ways because of misinformation from seller. |
