| Comments: gun was sold as NIB , gun would not function at all and had a cracked stock, e-mail seller so I could return it, seller asked if I would send it back to the factory ( T/C ) , I said ok as long as he paid me back for shipping cost, which he has not |

| Comments: I purchased an Ingram 357 Maximum barrel and got a 357 MAGNUM barrel that had been poorly re-chambered to 357 Maximum. He said he didn't know it was a re-chamber which cannot be true or he would have listed it as a 357 Magnum as labeled by Ingram. |

| Comments: I have e-mailed this seller 9 times over the past two weeks with NO RESPONCE!!! I sent e-mails both through AA and the e-mail address given with account. Don't know what else to do????? If you want to sell the gun, please respond to e-mails. |
