| Rebuttal: This auction was for a "single Barrel" rifle, which was not stated in the ad! Since it was advertised as an "Ultra" with laminated stock one would think it was a bolt action. |

| Comments: Be careful with this person. He was the winning bidder in my auction and after numerious attempts to contact him I have given up. He will not respond and complete the transaction. In my book that makes him a deadbeat. |

| Rebuttal: I apologize for any inconvenience or problems my absence has caused, but here in N.E. PA. when we get a chance to get away from the office for a week at deer or bear camp we go! There are no phones or PC's in my part of GOD's country (Thank goodness). |
