| Comments: Auction Arms sent me an email telling me the auction I had won was re-listed. I did not undersatnd this so I emailed this seller to ask what was going on. He flew off the handle, called me very obsene names & threatened me. Beware of this seller. Very crude, uneducated, and a total auction bully. |

| Comments: BEWARE this guy is a fraud and a con artist and a lier. He list stuff he dosent even have to lure you into bidding then when the auction is over he emails you and tells you he sold it and offers to sell you another one If you call him. You call and he tries to sell you one thats not the same. |

| Rebuttal: ITEM HAD BEEN SOLD THE SAME DAY AS THE BID WAS PLACED. TOLD HIM WE HAD OTHER LIKE ITEMS. HE CALLED AND INSISTED THAT WE SELL HIM THE SAME ITEM THAT HE BID ON. BECAME SOMEWHAT RUDE ON RHE PHONE. DEALERS BEWARE OF A VERY UNREASONABLE PERSON. |

| Comments: Received grips that were damaged in transit. Seller told me I was "S.O.L" to call and haggle with Postal Service. Make sure you get a clear inspection and return policy. |

| Rebuttal: The grips wre in perfect order when shipped. They were insured for the buyer so it is up to the buyer to file the claim. We cannot help it if the buyer is lazy |

| Rebuttal: This person is a world renowned CRAP HOUSE lawyer without a degree. If you want to have an enjoyable transaction do not sell to him. He is not a credit to the buyers on Auction Arms but a discredit as well as to himself.Sellers beware, ban him now for peace of mind. |
