| Comments: Dishonest, deceptive and has his own view of reality. Sought additional $ post auction. Added additional terms. Refused to deliver for the auction price; and my bid was $300 more than the next highest bid. He should be banned. |

| Rebuttal: BUYER REFUSED TO PAY SHIPPING . IT DIDN'T SHOW IN LISTING I OFFERED TO PAY IT. THEN HIS DEALER WOULDN'T TRANSFER FROM ME I WASN'T A DEALER(HIS PERSONAL POLICY) -NOT THE LAW . THEN OFFERED HIS EXPIRED LICENSE,OR DO SALE BYPASSING DEALER. WANTED ME TO BREAK THE LAW,I REFUSED. SAID LAWYER WOULD CALL |
