| Rebuttal: Too bad this seller has to pay an ffl to ship a gun. This shouldnt and isnt my obligation to pay his ffl Dont think so I offered to pay for the gun and a reasonable shipping fee which is 30-35 bucks not 85 Too bad he dont know the law He could have shipped it directly to me |

| Comments: My bid included shipping, seller billed me for the shipping. Contacted him and he would not pay for shipping and if I won't pay the shipping, he would just re-list. I would not pay shipping because he accepted the haggle price and fell thru on the deal. I won't do business with him in the future. |
