| Comments: Andy told me the pistol would be shipped NXDA via UPS. It was actually shipped ground. My gun came 5 days late. It was over the Labor Day weekend. When I complained, he lied and said he would refund the difference, which was $22. Andy was very dishonest and I reget doing business with him. |

| Rebuttal: Mr. Jerger's accusations of lying to him are untrue. Error in UPS was acknowledged and regrettable, $22 to cover difference in shipping charges was mailed to Rod on 19 Sept. |
