| Comments: Rifle was not NRA excellent as advertised, did not show any pictures of rifle left side which showed that the scope had import mark. I had wondered why all photos of rifle were from right side. Barrel is in pretty tough shape. |

| Comments: Be careful of this seller He is very misleading! I got a 1911 from him the barrel was worn and pitted so bad that when you preform the bullet test the brass almost fits in the muzzle but the barrel was lised as lite frost. he offerd a new barrel but never shipped one after six emails and no response |

| Rebuttal: This person is totally out of line. He was asked to send the barrel back to us before a new replacement would be sent. Please E/Mail us at ofha@centurytel.net if you would like to read a complete transcript. I will still send him a barrel, but I want to see that(defective?)one first! MP-5 |

| Comments: Rifle advertized as pitted on trigger guard and bolt safety lever.I found pitting over most exterior metal and some internal parts.Live rust in chamber and inside bolt.I wasn't going to post negative,as seller was very friendly & offered to refund.Discovered,however,I lost $28 shipping both ways. |

| Comments: Rifle was misrepresented. When questioned all he had was excuses. While he did offer to accept the return it was not cost effective. Let the buyer beware. |

| Rebuttal: Seems to be a error some where-I offered to pay all shipping charges to return the merchandise. plus a full refund! How is that not cost efective? Guess I can't please everbody. |
