| Comments: Prompt shipping, the auction was for new copper washed steel cased but what I received was 2008 lacquered coated steel cased. No response to my e-mail about correcting this mix up, least-wise it was the correct caliber. |

| Rebuttal: We're sorry you were unhappy but don't agree with your statment that we mislead you. We have sold a number of these (including the one you returned for a full refund) and all other buyers were thrilled. We think the full refund, and our 425+ positive feedbacks speak for themselves. |
