| Comments: the item arrived serverely damaged in an undamaged box. the sender stated I had to make the claim with UPS, which "I" did. Now UPS states they deal only with the sender. It now appears the sender will collect the selling price and the insurance payment on this item |

| Rebuttal: BUYER PAID $75.00.WAS LISTED AS A SHOOTER THAT NEED TLC. A GREAT GUN, STRAIGHT SHOOTER, WITH A SCOPE. BUYER SAID THAT HE WAS HAPPY. THE GUN IN GOOD SHAPE IS WORTH $250.00 EASY. BUYER DID NOT WANT GUN TO SHOOT, BUT FOR RESALE. SNEAKY DEALER, PLUS BACK DOORED ME ON THE NEGATIVE.COMPARE FEEDBACK. |
