| Comments: The item clearly stated that international shipments was possible. I contacted the seller giving my address and country, and I was given the shipping cost. When I contacted the seller on the phone afterwards he told me that the deal was off.This seller can not be trusted by customers outside the US. |

| Comments: Seller totally flaked on me. I won auction on 4-24. Seller took my credit card info by e-mail on 4-26. One month later, I haven't received the item, and FIVE e-mails to the seller have been ignored. The only saving grace is he didn't charge my card. First time I've ever been burned on AA. |

| Comments: 4/20 End, 4/25 Tried contact, 5/1 No response - tried again, 5/2 received email from seller - send money & FFL, 5/9 Phone call to seller - problem, no product - they "ran out" on 5/1. They sold my item to someone else, said nothing can be done. - Bad seller - does not set items aside. |

| Comments: I won the auction and tseller send me a different gun. When I contacted the seller - I was told the gun was sold "by mistake" to another buyer. At the ned of the day - I won the auction and did not get the item. Not sure I got a refund yet. Not the way to do business. very diasappointing! |

| Comments: Their very good condition, good bore rifle had deep pitting on all the parts, a 7mm bullet would free fall 1/2 down the 7mm barrel, stock cracked thru at wrist. I declined their "full refund" that STUCK ME with $38 shipping and $45 restocking fee and a store credit. Cheaper for me to rebarrel it. |

| Rebuttal: Full refund was offered without restock which we have documented in our email system. Since he has elected to keep rifle we can't confirm his claim but our auction photos and description are very thorough on this item. Offer for full refund still stands even though inspection period is over. |

| Rebuttal: Our mistake. We oversold item and then our backorder with the vendor went 30 days overdue before they announced that item was discontinued. We should have done a better job of keeping customer informed. Full refund was issued. |

| Rebuttal: We have sold literally tens of thousands of these $3 FAL mags without complaint and have great feedback on them that can be found all over the internet (FALFiles.com, etc.). The claim that 90% of them won't feed is ludicrous and without foundation. |
