| Comments: ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. MUZZEL OF BARREL HAD BEEN GROUND DOWN. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TO CONNIE SHE STATED THAT IT DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE BECAUSE THE GUN HAD BEEN SOLD TOO LOW. SHE WANTED THE GUN BACK BECAUSE IT HAD SOLD TOO LOW. SHE DID NOT WANT DO ANYTHING FAVORABLE FOR ME TO SQUARE DEAL! |

| Rebuttal: We did offer a full refund for the firearm as inividual was not happy with the firearm. Customer refused and kept the firearm. Very unreasonable. |
