| Rebuttal: Payment was sent even provided tracking info for payment. Payment was lost in transit. Had to file a claim with US Postal service and just received my Money back 3 weeks ago. Sorry i cant control the mail. |

| Comments: The buyer shipped gun very quickly, Nice gun HOWEVER this is NOT a NIB gun as he listed it. It had the orginal box, however this gun has been used. Barrel was filthy! and there are several nicks and dents in the foregrip showing gun has been dropped. |

| Comments: Thanks for having patience with my FFL situation, I am satisfied with the rifle but wish you had mentioned the stripped screw holding the buttplate on and the screwdriver holes in the buttplate cushion. I understand that people work the night shift but you should answer the phone and return calls!!! |

| Rebuttal: sorry, i did not noticed the screw in the stock. just go to the next larger size screw, ding ding. oh, you should learn how to email, phone is a secondary contact when e-mail fails. |
