| Comments: Rifle not as described. Rust discoloration and surface pitting all along the barrel. Stock did have a gouge and a chip missing from magazine area. Wording "selling from my collection" implied a better quality rifle. |

| Rebuttal: This guy suffers from buyers remorse after coming home from vacation. He tried to tell me the UPS tracking system was inaccurate on date of delivery to escape the 3day inspection period. I still offered to take it back, and my emails went unanswered. |
