| Comments: BgAl, Hung the phone up on me when I asked to disclose a possible breech barrel leak. That sealed the deal, not to purchase from him. A $110 saving on buying a piece of junk, is worth a negative feedback from him. Caveat emptor sure works in this case. |

| Rebuttal: Aerosoar wanted to recieve the item ; try to fix it and then get a refund if he couldn't make it work. The item was sold "as-is". He called me at work 2 days in a row trying to get his way. I tried to politly end the call ; he persisted in a rude behavior and did not honor his comittment to buy. |

| Comments: I won an auction for a Crosman 116. I tried to contact the seller by phone and e-mail but he never returned my calls or messages as far as I can tell. He has an overwhelmingly positive rating, so I was surprised. I finally gave up and found a 116 elsewhere that I bought. I hope you're OK, BgAl! |
