| Rebuttal: A broken firing pin was discovered on this gun after bids were placed. We wanted to end the auction to repair gun before selling but being a basic auction with bids AA would not allow us to close it. This man continued to bid running up the final auction fee even after being asked to stop bidding. |

| Comments: The description said" stock shows a few light dings in the finish but not into the wood." the rifle has a heavy dent "into the wood". I was told he must have overlooked the large dent and it was used, I saw the picture. He offered refund less charges for ship,FFL transfer.No repair or discount. |
