| Rebuttal: Won this auction at end of June, asked if they would hold this pistol with a deposit for a month, salesperson said no problem, and no need for a deposit just send payment when possible, firearm relisted and was told that they don't do layaways, really? why wasn't I told this to begin with? AVOID!! |

| Rebuttal: Don't know what this guys deal is, called him to ask for his address to send him payment and FFL for this rifle, because we NEVER received the correspondance other than the Auction Arms message that we received stating that we won, called him for his address and said he would send it,NEVER GOT!! |
