| Comments: First he sends a check and then the FFL shows up with no signature. When I get a FFL that has been signed the gun was shipped. This guy wanted the gun shipped the day the check showed up. We send all correspondence through Auction arms so all responses are on record. He did not like that at all. |

| Rebuttal: Contacted Eagleloan by phone, left a contact number. Sent an email, left a contact number. Took two weeks to tell me my dealer didn't sigh the FFL. Some unintelligble talk about forged checks that needed to clear. Only needed to call BoA. Communication is not just a word, but an active action. |
