| Comments: Billy indicated on 3 occasions that he intended to complete a purchase. He seemed like a sincere individual, but the purchase he made on 7/23 has yet to be paid for (9/14). We feel that Billy has taken advantage of our generocity and understanding. We cannot recommend him as a buyer. |
